Field trip fun: Fernbank Museum of Natural History

We had an amazing time with some great friends last week at Fernbank Museum of Natural History in Atlanta. We really enjoy all the exhibits and NatureQuest. We had the privilege of visiting with Hope and Kathy and their wonderful families. These are just a few of the fun pics from our adventure.

Mr. T going "Wow!" and with his sweet friend, C.

Playing in the picture booth.

The touch screen learning centers in the Wild Animal Rescue exhibit were awesome!

The turtle crossing was a huge hit with Mr. T! He didn't want to take off the shell. I may be making one of these soon :)

Practicing his balance with his buddy, R.

Checking out the Terrapins.

Mr. T monkeying around in the top of the tree at NatureQuest. Mr. Fearless.

We caught the terrapins playing around and I just love their huge feet and tiny claws!

Mr. T and R playing before it was time to go home.
We had such a great time! I love sharing our fun adventures with friends. And if you get a chance, the Wild Animal Rescue exhibit is fantastic, along with all the other great exhibits they have at Fernbank!
